Need a different size? No problem at all.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be the same product — we only offer exchanges for different sizes — unused, in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging.

Exchanges are completely free! Because we want you to love what you wear!

To request an exchange, just contact us with:

Details of the new item you’d like

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to sort everything out.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, that’s okay too.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging. Because we’re a small business, a small return fee helps us cover handling and processing costs:

£5 (UK)

$6 (US)

This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether everything is good to go. If approved, your refund will be processed shortly after.

Please note: Refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
